How to embed affiliate link when linking directly to a blog post of the affiliate??

Hi all. I have a software review site. Each affiliate program gives me the typical referral link of ?ref=xx.

If I wanted to link to a blog post on the site of the product I’m an affiliate for, is there any way to include my affiliate reference?

If I share a blog article related to a product I’m an affiliate for I would like to pass my affiliate id the through the blog post url.
