Weebly vs Theme + Page Builder

Hi,

brand new so please forgive me if this is a dumb question. I hosted my domains through siteground and they gave me a free weebly website builder. What are the cons of using this over say a theme + elementor. Will I still be able to use wordpress if I use this?
