How to I assure my affiliates I'm being honest?

I'm actually asking from the other side.

We are an affiliate for an education platform and we only see one signup. We have confirmation that at least 2 others have signed up for the class. We're worried there are more we're not getting paid for...

We were given a login to Kajabi. Do they provide proof?
