Question: Youtube curation and affiliate marketing

Firstly, I am NOT looking to break any rules. I am asking if this scenario would be an acceptable and ethical form of affiliate marketing:

  1. A website curates Youtube videos of a specific niche. Each curated video is embedded on its own page on said website.
  2. The curated Youtube video mentions a specific product and original Youtuber has an Amazon affiliate link to said product in the video's description on its original page on youtube.com (this link would therefore not show up on the curation site)
  3. On the video's page on the curation site, there is a link to a separate page that contains the curation site's review of the product mentioned in the video.
  4. That page of the curation site that has the review of the product has its own Amazon affiliate link to that product that is not the Youtuber's affiliate link, but it is the curation site's own affiliate link.

Is this unethical or against any terms of service on Youtube or Amazon's affiliate program? I've heard of cases where people will straight up copy a Youtuber's video for their own, put it on their own channel and have their own affiliate link to get the money. The scenario above uses the curation site's own review/recommendation of the affiliate product, and the curation site's affiliate link is not on the same page as the curated Youtube video.

Thanks for your advice!
