Link Manager for Affiliate Links? Is there such a thing to change old links?

Maybe even Bitly can do this - enterprise? I'm not sure and can't get a straight answer from them.

Say you have 100's of affiliate links spread out over YouTube, WordPress, Instagram, etc and one of the products you're linking to changes or updates. For example, a coffee pot has an updated version release and discontinues the old one. Now you have to go and change every link on every post but if there was a way to update the original link with the updated one you wouldn't have to do this. Does this such thing exist?

Basically if we're using Bitly you could just update the original re-direct and use the same Bitly link.

I think I'm explaining this right! Thank you either way
