A lot of successful affiliate marketers are preaching over and over how content is king to getting ranked. Lots of content, lots of long articles. I’m very new to this and have a couple websites started, but both are so specific I can’t fathom writing any more than one or two articles on the subject. It just wouldn’t make sense. Both websites answer some questions on a topic, then also recommend some products/services. Have I screwed myself?
Want to know if anyone out there has had success with a niche website with just one or two posts....
And for the record, no, my websites aren’t just reviewing and giving affiliate links to tons and tons products. I’m in the medical niche and basically both my sites give a how-to on something and some links/ads to helpful products. I don’t see too many other sites with anything similar. I figure...quality over quantity? No? My goal is $1,000/month by end of this year.
Edit: my posts have been just under or over 2,000 words
