How do you work with a supplier who doesn't have a way to track conversion?

I use to do dropshipping (arbitrage) for this niche but lately, I've been working to rank a site. I will drive traffic to suppliers in that niche. But some of these suppliers I want to work with don't have an affiliate program in place.

What do you do in this case?
