I am brand new to bidding on Google keywords so this might be an insane question but here it is anyway - is it possible to bid a maximum of $0.01 on Google keywords? Or am I simply not understanding at all how the process works? (My guess is the latter so I figured I would float it to you fine folks here first as you always treat my queries with respect and patience).
