Food delivery affiliate schemes by aggregators like Deliveroo, UberEats?

Have you ever come across affiliate schemes (referrals) put in place by food aggregators like Deliveroo, Uber Eats, JustEat, GrubHub, etc.?

I know they used to have something in place when you refer to a new driver or a new customer. However, I'm looking at a referral scheme where they promote any order, whether this comes from a new or existing customer.

Open to suggestions on any food aggregator in any part of the world.
