Ad-blockers and affiliate links

Around 35% users now use some sort of ad blocking tech and I am sure that number is higher for the demographic most of us sell to (people in the <60 age group).

I know that AdBlock Plus and uBlock Origin block affiliate links like Amazon OneLink, Awin, ShareASale etc. Plain Amazon links are not affected IMO but not all of us use Amazon.

How do you deal with that? Are we actually losing 35% of our commissions??

And it seems the number of ad-block users is only increasing, not to mention browsers themselves are also making affiliate tracking harder. Firefox and Safari already block third party cookies and Chrome will soon join them. I am not even sure if that affects affiliate links?
