Yo! I rent out FB groups. Anyone else?

I've done this for 2-3 years now.

I'm not (or wasn't) a marketer and fell into this by accident. I'm an IT specialist/Software Developer.

At first, companies came to me wanting to advertise. Since then, I've started to systematize and reach out to them, pitch and close them. I'm writing a book on how I do this at fbgrouphacks.com -- would love to hear your thoughts.

Anyone else in this same niche?
